“기본적으로 숙박 시설이 모던하고 깨끗하여 만족 스러 웠습니다. 위치도 카타니아 중심에 있어서 다니기도 좋았어요. 그리고 거기서 일하기는 분이 무척 친절하셨습니다. 저희가 체크인 시간이 지나 저녁 10시가 지났는데도 전화와 메세지로 친절하게 안내해 주셨어요. 모든 면에서 만족 합니다.”

“Sehr sauberes Zimmer, sichere Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, exzellentes Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter wunderschönes Zimmer mit tollem Bad und schönem Balkon. Entscheiden sie sich für das Zimmer mit dem runden Bett es ist ein Traum! Und nehmen sie auf jeden Fall das Frühstück man bestellt es abends und kann es im Zimmer zur gewünschten Zeit essen, es war alles perfekt wir werden wieder kommen, unser neues lieblingshotel ! ”

“Die Unterkunft war sauber und leise, da das Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels lag. Eine einladende Terrasse stand mir zur Verfügung. Das Centro lag direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Hotel kommuniziert ich per WhatsApp. Leider vergaß man mich, da ich wahrscheinlich der letzte Gast im Haus war. Ich kann mein Bett selber machen, jedoch für ein angebliches Drei-Sterne Hotel gehört es dazu. Frühstück gab es nicht im Hotel direkt. Ist nicht weiter schlimm, doch der Laden 3 Minuten weiter bot gefüllten...

“We enjoyed our short but very sweet night at Palazzo Privatera. We arrived on the heels of Cyclone Henry, so much of the town was shut down, but our host Alfio was extremely insightful and helpful. He showed us around this mideivel treasure, hosted a wonderful breakfast, and made our stay so comfortable! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amazing property and town, but hope to return in the future to enjoy more of Mt Etna’s beauty and vineyards!”

“Responsive upon arrival as I missed the message to send ID for check-in.. Apartment ceilings were impressive - original tile floors are beautiful - wish we booked our entire Catania stay here..”

“Internet good. No one on site for check in. Sent Code to open front door, but then numerous keys for various exterior gate and interior doors. Washer /Dryer on first floor worked fine, but no room / table to fold clothes. Bathroom shower had a wooded sliding door but didn’t slide to close.”
