โWell I would love to share my experience and I know it will be a weird one . What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah ุงูุงุตูู ุงูู ุงุณูู a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ? Expedia or the hotel .so the 5 starts rating is not for Retaj...

โThe hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water.
Bellboys were good. When we called them to take up/down luggage, came straight away.
We did not use other services such as breakfast, laundry so can't comment.
A laungry shop was 2 minutes away as well as money exchange. โ
