"The hotel was conveniently located just 3 minutes from Deviant Donuts, 8 minutes from Treetop Adventure, and about 10 minutes from the famous Mystic Pizza.
Lisa, who checked us in, was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast included bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, and juice. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. They even offered strawberry cream cheese, if that's your thing!
Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. After checking out, we took advantage of the pool before heading out to explore more of Mystic. We had it all to ourselves for most of the time, with only one other family arriving just before we left. The pool area was clean and inviting. While the water didn't seem to be heated to the advertised 80 degrees, it was still comfortable enough. As someone who hates cold water, I only needed one quick dunk before I was fine. It helped that it was a sunny day, that’s for sure.
One thing that stood out was that the hotel had beach balls floating in the pool for the kids to play with, which I've never seen before. There was also two cornhole game set up, and they had two large coolers filled with ice water available for guests, another thoughtful touch that I haven't encountered at other hotels.
Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again with my son"
