"The tub/shower unit in our unit 3B could use replacing as well as the bedding, don’t leave any food out on counters or it will attract ants, and there should be chairs available on the nice upper deck otherwise it’s useless to have it, other than those recommended changes our stay was great. The property itself is nice (some fire pits would be a great addition to have with the outdoor chaos), the location is perfect as well as the indoor pool, and all of the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful if they tried, wonderful people. Would stay there again."

"This is not a 5 star hotel. If you want that, then by all means look somewhere else. Yes, the frontage looks rough, but the property was actually clean, the fixtures were new, and the rooms were spartan, but sufficient. If you are planning on staying in your room for several days, I would look elsewhere. If you just need a clean, quiet, non smoking place to sleep and shower, then this will do the trick for those on a budget."

"The room was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. There wasn't much of a view, but it was very close to Olde Mystic Village, the Mystic Aquarium, and downtown Mystic. There were also several restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa are available 24/7 in the lobby too and the lobby and restaurant area were nicely decorated for the fall season."
