“We had a lovely long weekend stay at this property at the end of March 2025. Our room was a very spacious efficiency. The wifi was good. There was plenty of parking available. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or go to the boardwalk. There is laundry available. There is no fitness area. Highly recommend.”

“Room was a delight. The jet tub was such a nice feature as well as having the extremely comfy bed! I could have rested happily in the room and pool easily the whole trip, it was so nice. The only thing the room could have had was a fridge/microwave.”

“Not the easiest place to navigate but there are a ton of things to do. I did find loose pretzels on a chair in my room. Overall the room was clean and neat. Beautiful view from my room ”

“I was first placed in a dirty room but they were very quick and efficient to move me which was great b/c I don’t like first floor rooms. In my second room on 2nd floor the window lock was broken so I couldn’t lock it. Uncomfortable but being in 2nd floor helped. Clock in the room nor working or unplugged?? Just used my fon for the clock. Breakfast area very clean and orderly and good. Parking lot had potholes but they were there fixing them today. Staff VERY friendly!!! ”

“The room was very dated, and dirt., smelled extremely musty.The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the bathroom ceiling was disgusting. I found a plastic cap in the bed in the morning which was not ours which makes me think the linens were never changed. We did not speak to the desk about this as I am following up in writing. The gentlemen working at the front desk was not a very helpful person. The mini cooler/frig was warm, obviously not working. The parking lot was littered with garbage. ...

“The property is mediocre. The floors were pretty dirty. The grounds had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv didn't work. I was thankful to only be there one day. Great if you are a smoker with pets to stay for a night but that's about it. No coffee maker in the room but there was a dunks nearby. Definitely needs to be cleaned up. I never even saw any staff but the one lady at the desk. I definitely could have gotten more for the price. ”
