“First of all, there were not many staff members who knew what they were doing. You could ask a question and they didn’t know the answer. We asked for sugar for our coffee and they brought cream. We asked for more regular coffee and we got decaf. We called for room service and breakfast was overcooked and had no flavor. We had a few glasses to be taken and they left them for days. It wasn’t as clean as I wanted especially for a Hilton. The room temperature was too hot. We turned it down and it...

“We had a Jacuzzi suite, and I must say there was plenty of room in the Jacuzzi for two people. The water was hot and the jets were forceful. Which I thought was great. Unfortunately, the shower, hot water was not very hot and it took a long time for it to get warm. No hot water in the sink in the bathroom so shaving wasn’t great. The breakfast is OK as long as you like waffles not much of anything else.”

“The location was perfect as you can walk the town from there. Onsite parking was extremely convenient. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was absolutely amazing.”

“Charming property in a great location, close to dining, sightseeing, entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable, ample parking, super friendly staff. Has an indoor pool, but I didn’t have a chance to use it. Offered coffee and light breakfast delivered to the room. Would definitely stay here again, next time I am in the area!”
