Staff was nothing but accommodating and helpful and polite; suites are spacious and quiet and fully stocked with extras, breakfast included (you pay a resort fee) but you can order as much as you want; pool is lovely...has all the charm! โ
โClean & comfortable with incredible multilevel decks looking out over the waves. Nick, Esme, Bachir, Morgan always friendly & accommodating. The beach boys always with smiles, helpful with umbrellas and towels. Our time at Hotel Capri Laguna was Above & Beyond expectations! โ
โBeautifully landscaped property with a spacious hotel room. Loved the seperate dining area and bedroom and kitchen. Very convenient for families with children. โ
โThere was a glitch with our room but Samantha at the front desk was super helpful. She took care of the issue and gave superb customer service.
The property is very nice and it has a nostalgic feel of an earlier time in California. We will definitely come back.โ
โProperty was very walkable. To the beach, dinning, etc.
place was quiet and clean.
Staff was ok, not very warm or inviting.
Maid service seemed to be frustrated, at what Iโm not sure.
