Well, the room was clean and there was lots of places to throw your trash away. The room was pretty comfortable. Amenities were typical. It was aesthetically pleasing. I wouldn’t quite say the place was pet friendly. It was more pet tolerant. There were no dog biscuits at the front counter. There was dog relief area. There were No amenities for dogs anywhere. That said and done, we made it work out.

What makes this place stand out is the atmosphere..it manages to feel incredibly cozy and comfortable while maintaining a high sense of homestead luxury. “Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha
