“The staffs were really helpful”

“The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

“Clean room, Great Food and Great service”

“아기자기한 인테리어가 돋보이는 호텔 하루만 숙박한게 아쉬웠음 저녁때 운영하는 루프탑 레스토랑 분위기도 굿”

“Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

“The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Windows can be opened form outside and as there is no grill/net in some windows any one can enter into the room any time. The owner is a very nice person and he helped us in need. One of the hotel staff drove us for sightseeing in his own car on hire. This travel experience is terrible. AC did not work and it was too hot, horn did not sound, the car goes off suddenly and after repeated attempt it starts again.”

“This property is fairly good and clean from inside. Jimmy, the contact for this property is very helpful. The rooms have been done up well though the bathroom didn't have any provision to keep clothes while showering. There was a shelf on top of the toilet seat but too high to reach. Also expired milk powder sachets for tea Food wise, portions are good. Fruit salad bowl has freshly cut fruits and they are flexible if we want any item from the menu to make changes in it . The 1 star is...

“Property itself is nice but the surrounding of the hotel is dirty.”

“The boutique hotel The Rohet House was a lovely oasis once inside the gate. The interior of the rooms was a modern take on Indian Interiors. The bedrooms were a good size. The staff were very friendly and attentive.”

“The rooms are clean but small. Haven't provided shampoo or soap unless asked.”

“ Wonderful havellie. Very authentic and in the gullies. Only rickshaw can get there. The hotel staff were super friendly not pushy and very helpful. Being an old havellie a few niggling bits. Hot water was slow but we had hot water. Close walking distance to clock tower step well and shopping and chat places”

“No phone, no internet, restourent menu only half available food was good”

“Mycket bra vegetarisk restaurang i hotellet. Trevlig personal men bristande engelska i flera fall. ”

“We paid double through hotel.com than the price of the same room at the reception. It was very disappointing to find the hotel not as rated and reviewed. ”
