"The staff were fantastic, the refurbished over water bungalow was excellent, and bed super comfortable. Its a shame that the coral around the resort / under the bungalow that you can see through the glass floor is not living - but there are quite a lot of fish. Also would be nice to have steps down into the water from the deck, but then that would not help the coral ;)"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good. My only concern was my credit card which was master card did not work it was not my card but their system. We tried the card twice then finally used my visa which went through. Later finding out the other card actually worked and I was charged three times for the same breakfast. Still disputing the charges now. They could not fix it they tried so said but didn’t. Also it is not walkable to the port for cruises. No shopping nearby either, a drug store is near and gas station with some groceries. Also had same problem at the drugstore with master card. "

"Overall a nice place to stay with a few caveats. Easy check-in with the keys on the counter and quick response by email. We stayed in Aura where two rooms have AC and one does not - was not a problem for our stay. The third room has a fan. The rooms have plenty of open shelf space for clothes.The deck overlooking the lagoon and private pool were favorites. There was a nice breeze during our stay. Bring bug spray though (as with most places on island). It would have been nice to have hand towels and wash clothes, not just bath and beach towels. Also, some hooks in the bedroom to hang up towels or clothes. The shower has body wash and shampoo; some shelves for personal washing supplies would be helpful. There was a lot of roof noise one particular night from what we think were birds collecting seeds from the tree overhead. Our neighbors didn't have the same foilage so this may be specific to our Villa. It bothered some of us more than others, so if you are a light sleeper, the islands of Tahiti in general can be noisy with dogs, roosters and other wildlife. The WiFi worked well but we had to request the password. This proved difficulty since we had spotty personal service. There were chocolates left for us at check-in which was a nice welcome. Thank you for sharing your Villa with us."

"This place is magical. Beautifully landscaped, the decor and layout is inviting and original. The owner, Martine, was incredibly helpful with any needs we had, full of tips on what to do and proud to share her knowledge of the place. It is a tranquil oasis, interrupted only by the clucking of roaming chickens and roosters. Perfect for a relaxing get away in paradise."

"This place is an absolute gem. The views are spectacular and the staff was super friendly. We got in super late so we did not realize that you needed to tell them if you wanted breakfast by 6:30am because they make only what they expect the number of guests to eat for the cute little buffet. We walked down for breakfast hoping they could tell us where we could eat since we missed the cutoff, but instead they found a way to accommodate us for breakfast. During our brief stay they were also super helpful via the chat in Expedia with everything from how to get to the property to what to do in the airport prior to departing and advise on food for the evening. This place is fantastic."
