“The woman that works as a security in the pool area has a very bad temper and her language with clients is awful, she didnt care about our opinions was terrible the experience with her....unfortunately that was a very bad experience in that beautiful hotel, everybody else were amazing .Her name is Pam and we talked about her behavior toward us with the front desk girl, I really hope anybody has to deal with her angry character ever.”

“Our stay was wonderful! Our rooms were new and large. Check in was quick and easy and we were even able to check in early. The pool was clean and fun. The Tiki Bar was a good time. “Had everything one would need for a few nights stay. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, the ac was nice and cold when needed and the space was clean. “The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers.
