"The hotel is a bit old, but it has EVERYTHING you need. You room has its own microwave and a good size refrigerator. It even has an air filter machine in the room. The bed is nice. Watch out for the step to the bathroom! It's just how Japanese bathroom is done. Two things to know, and they are the trend in Japan now. 1) Rooms are only cleaned AFTER each 3 nights, i.e., staying four nights will get your room cleaned ONCE on the day of the fourth night. 2) You can get new towels by bringing them down to the laundry room. Other hotels you just leave the dirty towels outside of your room. The staff is friendly and helpful, as always! The hotel can be a bit hard to find. Once you get out of the train station, just cross the street where the two rows of trees are, like a nice arbor path. Walk all the way to the end. Turn right, and walk a little more. The hotel is on the right!"

"Loved the location of this property. It is about 5-10 minute walk to skytree and the train station. Hotel staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel property is beautiful and has a feel of à boutique hotel. They provide free coffee, juice and pastries 24 hours a day. You can buy a glass of beer for ¥500 (as of time of review). The rooms are small, however this is expected in Japan. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us with 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage’s. I would definitely stay here again."

"The attention of the staff is good; but I made the reservation for three people and surprised when I entered the room a single bed and small one outside of that when I demanded that they only told me that this was the case and that if I wanted something bigger I had to pay extra when I booked for three people. You did the cleaning every 2-3 days the location is a bit far from everything I wouldn't come back here."
