Had an Onsen in the hotel which is very convenient. We were able to use it several times a day and it had a great view of the sun rising and setting while soaking. We didn’t have many other guests when we were there so really had it mainly to ourselves.

色々と新しい設備を入れていて、とても良かったのですが、部屋のベッドに置いてあったカラーの枕カバーを洗っていなくてとてもオヤジ臭かった！ベッド専用の枕カバー以外の枕カバーも綺麗にして欲しい

大浴場は立派だが....

大浴場からのアルプスを眺める景色は壮大でとても気持ちよかった。 残念だったのは廊下にタバコの臭いが漂っていたこと、朝食の部屋に窓が全くなかった、室内のトイレの水が随時チョロチョロながれている音がしていた。

最高のリラックス

息子の住まいを見に両親を連れて行きました。旅館の入り口から風情があり、部屋や大浴場や朝食と家族皆が喜んで本当に大満足でした。フロントの方も親切に質問等に答えて頂きいい旅行が出来ました。 ただ、外で夕飯をと考えていたのですが日曜日やGWの最終日とあってかお店自体も少なく温泉街とまではいかなかったのが残念です。
