Staff were friendly, the free breakfast was really good, there was also surprise free curry dinner (??) while we were there so that was a nice bonus. Onsen was nice and quiet.

Residence Hotel Takayama Station
Spacious apartment complete with washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove and tub centrally located in town for an exceptionally reasonable price.
