"Amzing Hotel. Service was awesome. Great location. Lovely Onsen. Really nice touch to have free bike rentals. We went all around the place. Free eye masks was brilliant. Room was great. Highly recommend it. "

"2 minute walk to Matsumoto Station! Super convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and they provide travel items in the lobby if you need it. The only issue is that the shower curtain had mold. Otherwise the room was good."
