"The description should be clearer that the property is across the street from the beach. Also there is a sink hole construction project happening right in front of the the property that causes some noise and access issues. For the small room that I had the balcony was almost too small to use, but the view was very nice."

"I stayed for seven nights in a Kai Tower King room and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed, a large smart TV, and excellent soundproofing --I never heard any noise from neighboring rooms. The beach is literally across the street, and the hotel's pools are fantastic as well. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient location. I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about my stay. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Maui."

"Great ocean views from both lanais in this corner unit condo. Loved having our coffee while watching the ocean and activities at Kalama Park. The recliners with footstools are the main reason we chose this unit and they were as comfortable as we hoped (my husband sleeps in a recliner). The condo contained everything needed for a cozy home experience. The South Maui Gardens and food trucks nearby made dining out easy and the Kihei Kalama marketplace was a fun shopping exploration. Foodland is also just a short jaunt up the street, very close to the Kihei Kalama marketplace. We highly recommend this condo and definitely would stay here again."

"Did not get the second parking spot we were promised and told to fight for the visitor parking spots! Accused of smoking in the room and threatened to be charged $500 just as we checked out and it was Neighbor suite, everyday most of the day, pool code given was wrong. Elevator out until last day but the Kona low was cause and won’t blame them. Room is great, location is great, but management group is poor! "

"This place was amazing. They were super responsive to questions. Everything was clean, quiet, and nice. It felt like having our own condo right there in Kīhei. The first day we were able to see whales from the balcony so the view is also excellent. It’s also centrally located, so you get the small town Hawaii feel of Kīhei, but don’t have to travel far to be right in the mix of Wailea or Lahaina. We would absolutely stay here again, in fact we are already planning on it. "
