The location was great and the condo itself was fine, had all the basic necessities. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of it. The tub was stained. The baseboards were caked with dust and there was grime on even the light fixtures and clock. In my opinion, it is in dire need of a deep clean and de-clutter. The closet were jam packed, barely enough room for our clothes. Nice view from the lanai and the rest of the property was clean and well maintained.

I loved everything from the property. It was closed to shops and stores and the beach was across from the property so it was nice to walk instead of driving. The amenities were perfect with the pool and tennis court. Also having a kitchen was perfect to have homemade breakfast and snack and the washer and dryer was helpful as well. Thank you for having us and will come back again and rent the place again, recommend this property

Property was very nice just a little on the outdated side. It reminded me of my great grandmas house which is not a bad thing everything worked properly and was clean that’s just my take on it thank you

The only complaint we have is the noise. Our condo was close to the main road. Other occupants at the condo not abiding by the quiet time rules. Not a deal breaker by any means just a little annoying at times.

The property is at very good location. There was a lift in the building to go to the upper floors. We were provided sand toys, surf boards, beach umbrellas etc. in total everything was there. There was a window AC in living room and pedestal fan in bedroom. The only thing is that you won’t be able to check in before 4 PM as lock code gets activated sharp at 4 PM only. Overall it was a good stay and I will stay here again.

We liked being so close to the beach. A nice lanai. The kitchen had most things you need to prepare meals (the tea kettle was missing). We asked for a kettle and never got one. The bathroom needs a ventilation fan, way too hot. The air conditioner was a window unit in living room, only a couple of fans in bedroom, no a/c.

Overall stay was great…but the unit was disappointing. From the booking online, it seemed to be in better condition. Unit definitely needs a renovation. However, the property itself was clean, staff was great and easy to communicate with, and the location was very convenient. It was also very convenient that beach accessories were provided (chairs, umbrellas, etc…) however a few things were broken but that’s ok. Overall, our stay was good, just wish the unit was in slightly better condition:)

The advertisement stated water view and was not. Pictures were not the same as what was rented. The place was dirty, dusty. Was to be non smoking but had cigarette burns on carpet. Carpet was dirty.

The property was a bit outdated. The listing stated the unit had A/C, but upon arrival, instructions stated A/C could not be made any colder than 72, which is quite warm. The shower was not working and it took multiple calls/days to get it fixed.

We were having a good time, before the last day. On the last day, We went out for breakfast in the morning, and when we got back, the door was locked and the passcode was not work, and it was only 8 am. Their management was so complicated that I had to call several numbers to figure out which company or department could handle this, but none of them worked, even the after hour number. Luckily we’ve moved our large luggage out and only left some small things inside, or we would miss the flight, it's a really bad experience with Maui Condo( the room was in Maui Vista but it is arranged by Maui Condo and Home). When the time they reached out, we were already inside the airport.
