최고의 숙박!
후기가 없어서 살짝 걱정했으나 막상 도착해서는 정말 예약하기 잘했단 생각을 했습니다. 방이 2개여서 한가족이 사용하기 부족함이 없었고 모든 물품이 추가적으로 구비되어 있으며 부엌까지 있으니 그냥 집 한채를 빌린 느낌이였습니다. 숙박하는 동안 너무 편하게 잘 지내다가 갑니다. 단 단점이라면 청소는 매일 해주지느않으시더라구요. 4박동안 마지막날 하루 청소를 해주셨습니다. 그것외엔 모든것이 완벽하였습니다.

조용하고 해변이 가깝습니다. 주방에 조리기구가 아주 잘 갖춰져있습니다.

한적한 곳이면서 편리한 위치입니다.
위치가 마음에 들었습니다. 공항 인근에 마트도 가깝구요. 해변 바로 옆이라 창문을 열면 파도 소리가 들렸고 산책하기도 좋았습니다. 수영장 바와 바로 앞 커피숍에서 즐길수 있는 무료쿠폰을 주는 것도 좋았습니다. 다만 음식을 해먹을 수는 없다는게 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

깨끗하고 편해요..
저희가 예약한 방보다 더 좋은 방을 주셨는데..원래 예약은 원베드였는데 투베드룸이더라구요.. 너무 편하고 깔끔하고 좋았어요.. 부엌에는 온갖 설비가 다 되어 있어서 요리 해먹으려고 하신 분들은 완전 좋았을 것 같아요.. 저희는 그냥 간단한 즉석 요리 준비만 했는데..그릇이며 주방 도구들이 거의 완벽하게 준비되어 있었어요.. 세탁기와 건조기도 집 안에 있어서 바다에서 놀다가 젖은 옷들도 바로 세탁해서 말릴 수도 있고요.. 복층 구조라 아이들이 왔다갔다 하면서 너무 신나게 놀았어요.. 오아후에 있는 호텔에 가니 마우이의 카하나 빌라가 그립더군요..

Front desk communication when we checked in should have been better in advising us to park in the garage, use luggage trolleys and elevator to get our 3 suitcases to the 6th floor. From the parking lot in front of the reception, you need to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to the elevator. Later, when our toilet backed up and overflowed on to the floor, it took 3 calls (1.5 hours of vacation time) before maintenance arrived. This is an older property with no air conditioning but does have multiple fans. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Kitchen had basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils, but was not well stocked (oil, spices, foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, ect) and gave us the impression that no one ever “cooked”.

The washing machine started leaking and flooded our unit. The management was very unresponsive and stopped answering my phone calls.

The property is good overall but the unit they gave us was not good. Firstly we had booked it for three nights, the bathroom was smelling a lot. On the first day they gave a notice to stay out for 2-3 hours and they are having pest inspection, which is very odd. They cannot ask customers to stay out for these, they should have just given us the unit which is already inspected so we should never have to stay out.

Best Deal in Lahaina
Best deal in Lahaina, although 15 minutes from town. Very quiet. Late Check in was a little confusing, but the morning receptionist was super friendly and juggling phone calls and people. Property is older, but grounds are gorgeous. Quiet location. Excellent for families. Only 4 stars because we had to figure out a way to cool the master bedroom, which was a sauna. On the good side, $20 per night resort fee is very very cheap for Hawaii.

Property was nice.Check in was easy but 4pm is a little late to check in. The staff was nice. Our condo was a little on the dark side but on a plus the condo was nice a cool. The Lanai was just looking at a fence and wall.

Property right across from small, nice beach & park. Feels more of residential feel than the more touristy areas, but is close to most of shops, restaurants and more. Quiet streets & great hot tub. We did not have an ocean view room but it was comfortable. With only bathrooms upstairs, it made it a little awkward for the fifth member of party sleeping on sofa downstairs. Saw no notation of that in information of property.

Our stay
Good property (everything worked). We arrived after normal working hours due to a flight delay but were able to contact the office and got help about retrieving the key and instructions for completing the paperwork the next day. Nice beach at the associated property across the street. Easy check out.

The villa was very well stocked with everything you need in a full kitchen which was really nice. The only down side was that the AC unit was in the living room which was pretty far from the bedroom, so while the bed was comfortable, it was hot in the room.

Clean and spacious. Both bathrooms upstairs. Wish they had a half bath on the ground level. Toaster died 2nd day of the stay was not replaced. Bathtub drain very slow. Standing in 4 inches of water when showering.

Across the Kahana Beach resort... beach is just a hop, skip, and jump ... beautiful. We grilled steaks first night. Stopped at Costco from arriving airport and picking up rental car. Then, we stopped at Rowena's farm market. Stopped for a fruit shake at stand. Check-in was hassle-free. Drove towards our room. Parked in front... unloaded luggages and grocrty supplies. It's been heaven. Walked to local stores. Not a tourist trap but a perfect place for family fun!
