"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. One advice I would give all those booking in this place to check the room before they...

"Residences Alizees Spa is an apartment-hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the proprietor complained about not receiving payment from the owner of the apartment prior to our arrival. He also disputed whether our reservation should be honored. We contracted through Cheaptickets to pay when we arrived. Hotel Riu Palace Mauritius - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Hotel Riu Palace Mauritius - All Inclusive - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing stay, friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a beautiful sea view and the reception staff were always on hand to help. Special mention to Brice from the entertainment team for being so welcoming and ensuring we had fun everyday. Mercy from the buffet restaurant made our trip with her diligence and kindness. We feel like we made a friend for life and hope to meet her again. The snorkelling trip with the hotel watersports was a highlight of the trip. The entertainment in the evening was fun but lacked a bit of variety in terms of the music. Overall there was plenty to do on a hotel situated in a beautiful part of Mauritius,"
