"The staff were tremendous and so caring and helpful. A husband and wife caretake the place and you would have thought they owned the place based on how careful and considerate they were. I was reminded of staying at my grandma's. Everything was so clean! We had booked one day because our other accommodation was far away from the airport given the time we came in. "1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!"

"The venue itself was great and the service was excellent! The breakfast was especially nice. I was upgraded to a larger room after the first night and found the hosts most accommodating.. I'd definitely stay here again! My only con for the place was that the locality was a bit removed so it's more convenient to move around if you have a car.. there's nowhere to really walk around to in the neighborhood in the evenings. Other than this it was an awesome experience!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service."
