“All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. Had to ask the same thing several times (just to unlock the door cuz they deactivated my card key before the check out time) but never get it done. Check-in was very slow, no info, they said wait here, then 20 mins past, then another staff came, told same thing but no one came for another 10 mins. “The grounds are beautiful. The staff was excellent. We had a junior suite that had a plunge pool. It was perfect. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style if you have the half-board package.
