"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

"I booked two rooms at 5pm and my booking was accepted. When we arrived at 7 we were told our room would not be ready for 2 hours. I’m not sure why I was able to book the rooms when they had not been cleaned and wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 hours. They offered a communal shower room but still not good enough.
