โThis lil apartment is located across street from Walgreens and Dollar Tree so was very convenient for the little things we forgot to pack. Safe surroundings. Parking is a lil tricky, but be patient and just drive round the block you will easily find something. Walking distance to the train station. Host was very sweet and helped us with all our needs. Only a few minor issues. The floors and doors are very squeaky, but it is an older home so that is expected we just hope we didn't bother...
โBasically stayed in a closet. Dead bugs on floor, burn marks in sheets, mold in shared bathroom and spray insulation everywhere. Single room had a lock, bed, fan, and safe with no key. Worked for what I needed but 2/10 reccomend.โ
โWell, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. โ
โThis property is an older Brownstone that has been renovated and sectioned into individual rooms of various sizes. We had a twin with a private bath. Close quarters but very clean and quiet. Oasis is a 12 minutes walk from Fenway Park and we were there to see 2 games. Many restaurants and bars were within 5-20 minutes walking time. The neighborhood felt very safe.โ

The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff โ thank you for making our stay so memorable."
