โWe liked this property so much when we came in town for a funeral that we decided to stay an extra night and just enjoy some time together away from the noise of everyday life. Excellent staff very clean and comfortable rooms very well lit and great breakfast.โ
โIt was clean. The person at the front deskwas not the friendliest. The other employees we came in contact with were very nice. It was confusing because the sign said Econo Lodge, and then when we register Knights Inn but on my card statement, it said Eco Lodge. It had a phone but was not connected to anything and no buttons. It was OK. Itโs just old and needs some work. โ
โSuch a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). Our morning walks were fun and refreshing, as we enjoyed the slightly cooler...
โEverything was really nice at this Hampton Inn. It was clean, well decorated, and quiet. The continental breakfast was excellent and well stocked. We even had an opportunity to use the pool which was well maintained. I also appreciate the 11 AM checkout time. It's not always easy getting a party of 4 cleaned up, packed up, and out the door with an early checkout time. We didn't feel rushed which was really nice. โ
