"Modern recently renovated room, with surprising gaps. TV - but no Ariel, no good. Coffee making facilities, but no mugs/cups or glasses to drink from. No WiFi code provided. No mirror in bathroom. No headboard on bed just up against wall. Packaging still on divan bed base. Very, very noisy neighbours who I don’t think are paying guests. Overflowing rubbish bins outside. Good location near station. Clean room. So much potential, but somewhat wasted."

"Stayed here as visiting St Mary's Stadium for a football match. About a 30 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean and good value for money. There is ample car parking"

"Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! Weird selection of a couple of old forks, bowls, mug and the kettle didn’t work and smelled like someone had cooked beef noodles in it. Toilet was all brown and green at the bottom! Would had just gone elsewhere if wasn’t 10pm and travelled for 6 hours to get there! Avoid!"

"Site was undergoing lots of renovations, lights in the room were broken, skirting boards were not dusted, and the noise and smell from the outdoors made it very hard to sleep. However the bed and washing facilities were okay."

"Our whole experience at this hotel was 2nd to none. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely young man, ( sorry, forgot his name) who got us checked in then helped us up to the top floor with our cases. Our room was compact but very clean and cosy. Only thing I could fault was we had coffee pods but no coffee machine?? Apart from that small glitch we loved our stay. Breakfast was superb & all the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again ...... plus they had lovely beers at the bar!"

"Good location, friendly staffs and place is clean. It’s very close to National Express Bus terminal and large shopping mall to less than 0.2 miles. To Cruise port by taxi or uber cost just about $10-12. It was the best choice"
