โThe location of the house was a short walk from the train station. The neighbourhood felt safe and clean. The house itself was well looked after and clean. Directions to find the house and get in were easy to follow. My room was spacious, airy and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money, I would stay again! โ

Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking.

โParked at Sainsbury's using JustPark then five mins walk to accom. Easy to find and was on top floor in the roof conversation. VERY warm night and almost slept outside instead. Couple fans would have been great. Bed was comfy. Shared shower and kitchen spaces with the other residents โ
โThis property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards itโs the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe.โ
โThe host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.โ
โDidnโt stay had to find alternative accommodation. Place was filthy, unsafe was more like a hostel than guest house. Unable to contact the agents still 3 days later and no call back from them โ
