“Absolutely stunning hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant! We will definitely be back if we ever need to come to Richmond again!”

“Staying at the Jefferson is like stepping into an old movie set in a beautiful hotel (and I am sure it has in fact "starred" in a few movies). The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was inviting and, honestly, I think the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in — perfect mattress, perfect pillows, cool sheets. We hope we can have another little getaway there someday!”

“Our shower did not drain and we had to shower in standing water. Our room refrigerator was not clean and had frozen water all over the inside. There was hammer drilling going on in the room above ours two of the three days we were there. The staff was quite rude with us in regard to the construction that was never mentioned.”

“Very pink, but in a cute way. Wish we’d arrived earlier for the bar. Very good heavy door made me feel safe, but room seemed a bit warm for thermostat at 68. It wouldn’t go lower”

“Great service ”

“숙소는 깔끔하고 넓어서 아주 좋았습니다. 근처 거리들도 조용해서 잘 쉬다가 갔어요. 다만 식당에서 식사를 하려는데 응대가 너무 늦어 아쉬웠습니다. ”

The issues were 1) I found a penny in my bed, I don't carry cash or change and was alone during my visit. My conclusion is the penny was there when the bed was made. 2) Breakfast: No milk for cereal, No boiled eggs, the serving area was messy and dirty. I thought maybe there had been a rush so went back to my room for a few mins. When I returned still no milk or...

“Specious room with nice bath. It was very quiet! Close to everything we planned to visit.”

“Great location and staff. Parking garage right across the street too.”

“Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea.”

“주변에 가게들이 많고, 조용하고 쾌적했습니다.”

“We loved that everything was good and clean and staff was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Only problem was there was no water pressure in bathroom sink.”

“Easy check in at 11:30 pm”
