Room had an odor of cigarette smoke. Couch cushion was ripped. Water drained very slowly from sink. We would roll to middle on mattress (it needs replaced).

The general state of cleanliness was poor. At a glance it was okay, then you notice. Any corner was dirty, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, knives and silver had food residue, the microwave was full of crumbs. The rooms were smaller than the photos depict, no surprise there.
