Bello lugar par avisitar, mal servicio

Las cabañas y el ambiente fueron excelentes, lo unico mal es el servicio de atencion, tuve dos problemas y la atencion por telefono/whatsapp fue fatal, no contestaron yo tuve que arreglar el problema con la bomba de agua y el checkout fue malisismo

La cabaña está excelente únicamente el ruido que hace la bomba de agua fue molesto y para entregarnos las llaves y dejarlas es complicado.

Es la segunda vez que vamos y la zona donde están las cabañas es bonita, sin embargo esta última visita la cabaña no estuvo al 100. El edredón estaba sucio (lo cambiaron hasta la noche siguiente), el lavabo tenia fuga y escurria el agua, la llave de la regadera se safó!

This property is exceptional .: beautiful cabin , really comfortable , private... the whole community is so beautiful and safe... the outdoor deck is so nice to spend time outside but it needs more comfortable chairs or some hammocks will be nice to relax ... I’ll definitely come back ..

Bellavista

Awesome place, very clean and so private, only need to update the pots and pans and maybe add one Teflon cooking pan for cooking pancakes and eggs without sticking to the pan. Overall very nice and we will stay again. I’m hoping they will also have a two to three bedrooms available too.

Ideal para estar solo y no salir a la ciudad

Muy complicado. Sin auto tipo montaña casi imposible, no hay señalamientos ni luz; si vas en autobús, olvídalo. Muy frío, no calefacción y muy poca leña para la chimenea, no closets ni cajones donde poner la ropa; toallas limitadas y difícil tener comunicación con el dueño o encargado. Lejos del centro de Mazamitla.

Las cabañas están hermosas y tienen muy buenos espacios. Lo único que hoy en día todo hotel o propiedad de renta tiene es contar con Wi Fi y estas cabañas aún no cuentan con el servicio. Un poco mejor señalización ya que de noche es difícil llegar si no se recuerda el camino.

Está bien la ubicación y la cabaña está prácticamente nueva, sólo que le hace falta algún closet para acomodar tus cosas ya que no cuenta ni con cajoneras... también que al menos pasen a recoger basuras una vez al día

Cabaña amplia con división de zona unicamente por desnivel, con todos los servicios, el problema es que esta pensada para una estadía de parejas por que inodoro y regadera están diseñadas con poca privacidad
