The beach view was amazing, great location, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The rooms were dated. Very small bathroom, no place to put toiletries. Air conditioner leaked. Unable to open up the closet all the way because the bed was too close. If you're looking to stay outside, enjoy the beach, and local shops, would highly recommend this hotel. If you plan to spend any time in the room, would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Safes would be a great addition to rooms. Cruise ship people being able to come in get towels and use the pool was a bit annoying as they were not paying to stay there and they disregarded rules and went into both the pool and hot tub with sand all over their kids. Staff were great. Room was clean. Beds a little small and not comfortable but location and staff amazing. We will be back for sure.

Spectacular view. Superb front desk staff, Clean room & Maintenance staff are prompt to a problem. The food is expensive in comparison. The staff in the food area seem a little off, not working together, just looking after their own customers. The Life guards should both be fired. Overall the hotel seems to be not be keeping up with the necessary maintenance, it's like the owners don't care anymore. It is as if the owner is more interested in the cruise ship people who come in for a bit rather than their guests who are staying at the hotel. The fountain wall no longer works, the north pool never opened ect. Advise: find Life Guards who are willing to do the job they've been hired for before Las Flores is known for a drowning while 2 life guards sat around playing video games ect.
