They assisted me with extending my stay, they helped me when I got locked out of my room and they gave me directions to places I needed to go in the surrounding area. The room was in good condition. Clean. Walls and floors are paper thin. Could hear everyone's foot steps, can hear conversations and car hear all vehicles going down the freeway. If you want to rest, this is not the place. But yes, it was clean and nice.

We have stayed at this hotel over 20 times over the years and always had great experiences. All was well with our room, check-in, friendly staff and cleanliness. However, a large group was down the hall from us on the 1st floor and they were obviously having a great time after midnight until after 3:30am, making it impossible to sleep. We heard knocks on their door throughout those 3 hours, but nothing changed until 3:30am. The walls are apparently very thin, so nothing about that party was missed, making it a very unpleasant visit.
