"We have stayed here in the past without issues. Generally clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Safety is a concern due to homeless population in the area. We witnessed two people in the lobby and another in the parking lot. It’s not up to staff to deal with that but there should be security to help discourage trespassers. Won’t return simply for that reason. "

"Breakfast was decent. Room clean. I reserved 2 nights. There was a mishap with room i reserved so I was compensated with a third night. Front desk person didnt send memo to staff that we were ataying 2 nights so housekeeping knocing on door and then frint desk calling room telling me it was time to check out. Need to upgrade your cable channels. Nothing to watch. No movie channels etc. "

"It was a pretty good stay. The pool was warm and pretty much empty. The room was clean and smelled good. It was NOT soundproof like it claims. Quite a bit of road noise and people in the halls"

"I stayed for 2 hours and checked out. The room was dirty, every surface had film and scum residue on it. Every corner had crumbs and dirt. The room smelled and the walls must be paper thin because it sounded like someone was hitting the floor with a sledge hammer in the room above. U could literally here people's conversation from outside of the building to inside the room with the window closed. It felt unsafe and just overall very uncomfortable. It was the biggest waste of $144 I've ever made. "

"Contemporary room, clean and modern. Centrally located, few restaurants nearby, traffic entering and existing the hotel property can be hazardous, and homeless in the area. "

"The room was really nice. I am a housekeeper myself so I accidentally find myself looking for things that are not up to standards. It looked very clean when you first walk in. But as I started looking, I noticed the floor wasn't vacuumed, I found a huge hair clip right on the floor next to the bed and night stand, the toilet had a hair on the seat, and a few smudges on the faucets and mirrors. I'm not trying to complain, but all that is a no no where I work. It's a beautiful hotel though. It needs a indoor pool for sure. "
