Upon arrival July 11th we were greeted at the desk with ‘good news + bad news, what do you want to hear first?’ Turns out the AC was out and it had been out for over a month! "Very good pleased with the room. The staff all have pleasant and helpful. Pool and hot tub v. clean and well maintained. Grounds attractive. Even the casino restaurant was not very loud. The hotel is separate from the casino and so is pleasingly calm and quiet."

"The staff was excellent and always available to help. We traveled with our kids and used the indoor pool twice and thought it was in ok condition. The double room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh and had a nice food selection."
