“I generally like staying here, but the wing I stayed on needs a reno. The cleanliness wasn't normally what I expect but when I told my concerns to the front desk, they kindly moved me to another room that was much improved. I will still return because the customer service is top notch, and I know they care about their customers which is important to me, as I also work in the hospitality industry. Thank you Lakeview for your great customer service.”

“I spilled a SMALL amount of cherry juice from eating cherries onto the blanket, sheet, and pillowcase. The hotel said they would charge me $50 EACH ($150 Total) for these three items, which were old and crusty to begin with. BEWARE!”

Macdonad walmart restaurants....every staff is so kind!!! lovely!hotel is so clean. they provide free coffee, ice, water. i strongly recommand if you are planning a trip to Calgray and rocky mountain !!!💖lovely place!!”
