“Nice neighborhood to stay in”

“Without a car there are no shops close. With two other couples in the basement--using the shower or washroom was a nightmare. It seemed to be occupied constantly. I have a minor disability and stairs are a major task for me. The entrance is through the garage, Up three stairs, then you are request to remove your shoes. A fair request, but there is no room to have a seat to do so. Sitting on the stairs to take shoes off and put them on is a pain. The shower is well stocked with shampoos and...

“It took some to get there from aieport due to road constuction but was fairly easy to get there with GPS. Quiet neighbour hood. Was able to park off the road, The room was clean and quaint. Mattress was comfotable, with good pillows. My only con was the walkway along the side of house to the rear entrance. As I have Parkinson's Disease, walking can very challenging somedays. A handrall would be usefull to provide stability.”

“About 10 to 15 minute drive from Cross Iron Mills. If you’re from the north and heading home, this is an excellent place to stay to take a rest. It’s accessible from highway 2. The place is clean and the neighborhood feels safe. Take note that the second bed is a sofa bed with spring mattress, and as you expect from any sofa bed, if you have a bad back, take the bedroom bed instead. Sleeps 4. Price is reasonable.
