"We really liked this hotel and would stay here again, but the only thing to note is that for the shuttle make sure you call and book it as soon as you get off your plane. We knew this ahead of time so we called and booked it but there was another couple who didn’t know and they had to wait for another shuttle after they called. What I did like about this though is that the shuttle didn’t stop at any other hotels and they also offered everyone a bottle of water. The restaurant was also great. "

"The hotel was clean and offered some snacks for an early flight. However, ourselves and another group of 3 people waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle before I finally called a cab. I was told the hotel would cover the cost but then noticed an additional $4.00 charge on my visa from the hotel which assume is for the cab from the airport to the hotel. Wasn’t impressed when arriving at 11pm and not getting to the hotel till after midnight. "

"I stayed this hotel twice in March. First, the bathroom got flooded with water dripping from the ceiling fan, the maintenance guy came in and I had to move to the different room. The staff didn't really care since the front lady never came out to say sorry and check to see everything was ok with the new room. Very disappointing. The second stay, I realized I never received a free drink coupon at all and upon check out, I asked if they are still offering. The front desk lady asked where I booked and said it depends etc. Great customer service. No apology, obviously she didn't care. Another disappointing stay. I'll never stay here again. "

"Called the desk 5 times. Relentless noise from above. I was told a call was made twice. Just gave the party above MORE reason to be loud because they KNEW nothing would be done. "
