"The only thing I would like to see change is the restaurant onsite. The menu was very small and did not offer a variety, my husband and I were very disappointed as we had eaten there a couple of years ago and it was good."

"This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose, so no package by the time we left. Highly recommend another unit here. Windows also need to be cleaned in order to see the ocean view from the side."

"When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. "

"I was surprised the pool was heated. Bonus! The room was fine. The view was nice except for the fog we had that week. The beach is close. The only issue we had was this is a time share place a they sent us to a guy to get our parking pass who tried hard to get us to attend their seminar. He got mad when I said no and wouldn’t hear him any longer. He said “I’m just trying to cover my ass”. Weirdo. Otherwise I would absolutely stay again. Nice place for the price. I’m 53 and have traveled. I don’t need luxury. I need the bang for my buck. "

"Our original room was not so good. Opened the door. It smelled like pot. It was old, outdated. No balcony. Guest check in switched our room out. That room was very nice. Recently updated, still no balcony. Remodeling was not a welcome sight or SOUND. Parking lot blocked, noise was horrible. The drunken parrot bar was surprise . "

"This resort has multiple tower buildings and the room I picked said Ocean View. However, the room we got was across the street from the ocean front tower. Hotels.com needs to ensure that the descriptions on these properties are correct. The accommodations were lovely but if I wanted to stay someplace with an ocean front room, I certainly didn’t get it there."
