McLean Creek Provincial Recreation Area Tours

We stay at the Carriage House often, as it is one of our favourite places in Calgary. This time it seemed as though things are going a little downhill from the usual 5 star service, but maybe/hopefully it was just an off day. The front desk was slow and not super friendly. We needed towels for the pool and needed to wait for 3 guests to check-in before being helped which is annoying when you just need a towel. The next time we went to get towels they didn't have any and just gave us a shrugged shoulder with a 'sorry', no solution, like maybe just calling down some towels for us from laundry? Our A/C also wasn't working in our room. The staff at breakfast were exceptional as always! And I will say the bedding/pillows is phenomenal!

Rooms are very modern and clean. Staff helpful at check in and at breakfast. Location of hotel is pretty good. Fairly close to shopping and restaurants. C-train is walking distance as well.
