"The location was great and perfect for the concert at the Toyota center. Room was nice, clean, with amenities. Love the coffee at the lobby and water stations in the floors. Also did used the fitness center which it was well pack and organized. My only comment would be for the parking, it wasn't clear how to use the close by parking lot with the hotel special price, I got overcharged since the mobile application was not helpful and didn't allow me to add more time, I would say use the machine in the parking space not the mobile link."
"Hotel is of course a very old office building, but the interior is well appointed. The valet staff were exceptional. They were always available, helpful, and friendly. We were in Houston for a convention, so we didnt get to sample the restaurant' fares.
We would definitely stay there again."

"Neaded a good place for extended layover at George Bush. Shuttle was very fast, front desk young lady was exceptional and next morning return to the airport could not have been better. Could have used something to eat. Cash only food shop was poorly stocked as one cooler was out of order. Cash only is hard for people these days and doesn't make much sense these days."
