The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained, with stunning views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable—perfect for both relaxing and working. Every detail feels intentional, from the design to the amenities. The staff truly makes the difference here: friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The location is excellent, offering privacy and tranquility while still being close to everything Medellín has to offer. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Colombia. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Medellín.

The Binn Hotel was absolutely excellent. The location, service, and comfort of our stay was ideal. The rooftop pool and bar has a stunning view of the city and excellent food. Complimentary breakfast was also delicious.

I would say this property is five stars across the board. I overhaul had no issues here. I do believe it is on the price of your side, especially for the area that it’s end. But I can’t say it disappointed. All of the pictures and videos looked exactly like it did in person. The staff were super helpful and kind. They had English speaking staff as well. Very clean and organized. Please be aware that there is a $200 fee for having guests. I missed that in my contract.

OMG This place has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. Located in the heart of El Poblado area its close to restaurants, bars and high end shops. The Hotel itself is gorgeous, the facilities immaculate and the views are breathtaking. The service is in a whole other level, everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, special shot out to Adolfo our main server during morning breakfast for his overall hospitality and excellent demeanor. He his place is a 10/10, Highly Recommended.
