I really loved this property. My room was really nice. I enjoyed the rooftop for breakfast. I was able to do a lot of walking to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Fairly good and clean facilities but the area and surroundings are VERY noisy, breakfast was not only slow but food management is not adequate (dirty plates siting at the same place of food coming to the table); located in front of green area full of rodents at night. We were two people and only one key was available at check in, solution: “come to front desk and we’ll help you to open the door”. Really bad experience! Far from what is advertised

The staff are friendly. My room is very nice. I've used the jacuzzi tub twice, it was very relaxing after a long day of walking. Breakfast on the rooftop is really nice. The hotel is very clean. I love my stay here. I still have one more night left. I will definitely stay here again!

Since day one the service was horrible, nobody cares about the customer service. The room was flooded 3 times (toilet, shower and windows because it was raining) and they didn’t care. They throw my son’s clothes,( they were wet) in the restaurant we received raw food when we asked for well done, we also asked for cream rice with chicken and they put shrimp on it and the person was allergic to shrimp. The only person worried was the waitress (Luisa) we called a supervisor every time and they never had one , so strange because in every places they should have one. My first and last time going to Colombia, very rude and super disrespectful. Disappointed because we paid for the room , nothing was free

Everything was great the breakfast was excellent. Service was awesome. There restaurant is good and service aswell. Staff amazing. Reason I didnt give a 5 start rating was that rain got inside our room via the window the seal on the window was bad.

Fantasic stay! Walkable to the convention center and many bars and restaurants. Great staff, friendly and laid back! Jacuzzi for 2 in the room was awesome and we used it multiple times daily, though it was a great shower as well! Staff made it super convenient for Rappi to deliver directly you your room which was excellent! The king bed was giant and super comfy! The upstairs bar and restaurant looked great however the night we wanted to dine and relax up there we didnt as there was a wedding reception taking up much of the space, we could have dined but opted not to do. Really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

They need to address the bug issue

It was a good place to stay for 1 night. It did include a got breakfast. The room is fairly updated. The hotel does offer a rooftop bar which they use to serve breakfast in the morning. The room wasn't the cleanest. We found a couple of roaches in the room. We told the receptionist and they just took note of it and didn't bother to apologize.

The bed was not the most comfortable. The bar/restaurant closed early. Broken shower nozzle made for a morning surprise. The tables in the restaurant were not bussed when guests left. Now that i have a better expectation of what i was getting, i would stay again. Good location for things to do, but the local bars were loud into the late hours.

I would book with Hotel Cavalta again in a heartbeat! - Service: 5 stars. We had an early flight and arrived mid morning. They stored our bags and worked to get the room ready for us early which we greatly appreciated! Service throughout our stay was impeccable. - Room & ambiance: 5 stars. We booked the Deluxe Suite with the tub and was so happy we went for it. The room is a comfortable size with a lovely layout and we also had cleaning services everyday. One morning I went back up to grab something from the room and found the cleaning person thoroughly cleaning up the tub, this made us feel really good seeing how they took care of the space. Amenities: 4 stars. The only downside is that they don’t have a gym however they are equipped in every other area. There are two jacuzzis on the rooftop and I believe they also mentioned a sauna and massage room which we didn’t get around to taking advantage of. There’s a rooftop restaurant which provides an amazing panoramic view of the city and is located right infront of a landing strip so you enjoy a beautiful view with planes landing and taking off every few minutes. Breakfast was included in our booking and grateful for it which saved us the hassle of finding restaurants in the morning. There’s also a lunch and dinner menu with room service till 10pm, neither of which we got to take advantage of, and there’s also live music on evenings. - Location: 5 stars! 40 mins away from MDE and minutes away from all the hot spots!

I like the room a lot. The jet tub is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The safe requires an actual key which is a bit unconvenient. Breakfast is ok. Nothing special. Location is walkable. There is a mall less than a quarter mile away but not convenient stores near by. Carrera 70 is a little less than a mile walk. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs. At night you can hear music from a near by club but it isn't so loud that I couldn't sleep. I've stayed there twice and would stay there again.
