nightmare in Medellin

it was the worst travel experience ever, when we arrived. it was in a second floor, no elevator and nobody to help with the luggage to go up the stairs, then, no running water and not A/C, we did not stay not even 1 day and still, they charge us for the entire week, it is a complete rip-off, do not book in this "hotel", they charge in advance because they know the guest won't stay. deserve 0 stars

The hotel is in a good location breakfast was right next door in a restarant everything is near by They charged me extra for a towel because it was stained without taking into account that check out a day earlier than expected. I never asked for a refund. Room have no phone if you need anything need to come down to front desk

Personal amable y dispuestos resolverte. Desayuno no variado, para los que tienen el sueño liviano los fines de semana mucho ruido en las madrugadas. Por los demas, muy accesible, cerca de todo lo que es el poblado, parque lleras y provenza.

Muy bien ubicado, lo unico que es que el acceso a el solo es por escaleras, el hotel no tiene acustico por ende se escucha todo desde lo de la calle hasta lo del mismo hotel. Es un hotel pequeño pero si lo q vas es a Dormir nada más pues no esta mal. El desayuno es bueno pero solo tienen 2 variedad a escoger. El servicios de Maria Fernanda y Manuela fueron de 100/10

Buena opción para hospedaje.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el Poblado, tiene todo al alcance, esta en un segundo piso, por lo que si se te dificulta subir escaleras no es una opción, el desayuno super bien, la habitación muy bien, limpia buen tamaño, personal atento. Podría ser un inconveniente el ruido ya que esta ubicado en una calle principal del Poblado. Pero en general muy buena opción, si tu plan es utilizarlo para llegar a dormir.
