Its in a good location but the facilities were in poor condition and there were too many property rules and hidden fees for a hotel like this. The breakfast was mostly average, the hot tub was only half filled, jets didnt work well and wasn't heated. If you get a delivery or want to have someone meet you harass the delivery driver or your guest because there is a 150.000cop fee to have a guest. My room night one had water dripping from the ceiling and i had to change rooms at 5am. I was given water and peanuts as a thank you that cost $1 at the grocery store. Ive had good experience at Hampton hotels but i wouldn't come back here.

My company booked and paid through Wotif. When I arrived at night to check in, staff refused to check me in because I did not have the physical credit card (their logic, that they could not charge me?) Here is the Kicker: they then charged me for a "no show" (I did well and truly show, proved by my Uber records). Have you noticed the logical flaw? On the one hand they would not check me in because (presumably) without my physical credit card they could not charge me, but yet, they have charged me (for a no show, or whatever). I took an uber to a nearby hotel (and I recommend Hotel Park 10 at Medellin, where they do provide quality service).

Hotel tranquilo, buen descanso, bien ubicado cerca a centros comerciales y encuentras de todo cerca, habitación sencilla lo básico que necesitas pero muy limpia. Desayuno muy sencillo, debes madrugar para no quedarte sin comida. Personal amable.

En general bien aunque encontramos una cucaracha en el baño y la iluminación de la habitación es de t la pésima. El baño se cierra con una puerta corrediza que no aísla completamente, no tiene un lugar para colgar la toalla de manos, no conocen los pañuelos desechables. Para ser Hilton, las almohadas son muy malas. Tienen trabajo por hacer.

Altamente complacida
Altamente complacida durante la estadía en este hotel. Tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de centros comerciales (Santa Fe, Oviedo) y de Andrés. Muy buen servicio, en especial de Jackson y Juan, quienes nos atendieron de maravilla. Jackson siempre estaba pendiente de lo que necesitáramos a la hora del desayuno, en el mostrador encontramos también chicas muy amables (Manu, Manuela y Karen) y ni hablar de Juan que siempre estaba ayudando a todos, pendiente de cada huesped y hasta dándonos recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y cosas que hacer. En fin, cómo es un buen hotel, con un gran equipo de trabajo y un excelente líder.
