My company booked and paid through Wotif. When I arrived at night to check in, staff refused to check me in because I did not have the physical credit card (their logic, that they could not charge me?) Here is the Kicker: they then charged me for a "no show" (I did well and truly show, proved by my Uber records). Have you noticed the logical flaw? On the one hand they would not check me in because (presumably) without my physical credit card they could not charge me, but yet, they have charged me (for a no show, or whatever). I took an uber to a nearby hotel (and I recommend Hotel Park 10 at Medellin, where they do provide quality service).

This property is in a great location for shopping and a few restaurants. If you only speak English, be sure to have your translator app because only 1-2 staff members do. The security staff at the door are absolutely outstanding! Very friendly and helpful, different for the front desk team. For some reason the housekeepers were not big on giving extra towels or toilet paper, which was weird. 1 towel is extreme. The breakfast buffet was ok. Many mornings at 9am containers were empty and you ate what was there. Place was under renovations when we were there as well. I would stay here again because of the location but I plan to look at other places first.
