Staff were super friendly and welcoming and the room was equally as good. The location was great with the square/park being right across the road making seeing local culture easy to find. The food options in the area was also amazing!

It is very well located, you have a taxi outside all the time, Provence is a 10 minute walk away, you have a couple of restaurants nearby and souvenir tents. In the hotel itself there is nothing besides body wash, towels and breakfast that is free. At breakfast they give you 2 options and it is almost always egg, cheese and arepa. I was never able to use the jacuzzi area since it was never enabled. If it was enabled, you had to sign up in advance. Keep in mind that you are going to be in a motel because that is what the rooms look like. If you would like to bring someone up just to talk or whether they stay it is $25 per person per night. There was only one of the staff who was very rude to us but the others were very cool

I chose this hotel based on the photos they posted, but the photos are completely misleading and do not reflect reality. The hotel is in very poor condition. My room had mold and rust everywhere—even the refrigerator was rusty. The bedsheets were dirty and yellow, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I had booked a one-week stay but could only tolerate staying one night. After checking out, I contacted Expedia, but neither Expedia nor the hotel refunded my money. Despite staying only one night, I was charged for the entire reservation. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
