I was aware of the noise at night, the property emails you to make sure you understand that and is great. But the rooms have more of a motel vibe. AC wasn’t cooling, and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. We ended up renting another hotel for our stay and didn’t even bother to request a refund since we already knew it wasn’t going to happen.

The information on your site says quiet but they send you a notice about the noise. This could be deceiving because it's loud until around 3 am. I was aware if this because I stayed there before. All staff are friendly and very helpful.
