The staff was helpful and cordial. The outlets and fixtures were tenuous in there stability, meaning there was a lot of deferred maintenance for the little things people might not care about.

Let me begin by saying that this hotel is undoubtedly one of my favorites! Everything is spotless, and it matches the pictures perfectly. Some hotels deceive you by showing pictures that don’t reflect the actual location. However, this hotel is transparent; it presents its true nature. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and give it a five-star rating. As a frequent traveler, I’ve had excellent experiences with the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the respect they show. Thank you very much for providing a wonderful stay.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The air conditioning did not work for our first night. We informed the front desk as we left in the morning. When we returned that afternoon, we were offered a move to another room where the air conditioning worked perfectly. We thought that breakfast would be a quick continental type offering; however, there is a cook that makes items to order (off set menu) so plan for the extra time needed. Everything that we tried for breakfast tasted freshly made and very good. The property is located very close to the el Poblado park and was very convenient for meeting tour groups, finding resturant options, getting money exchanged, and buying souvenirs. Cons: The staff don't seem to speak any English. They are very willing to use a translation app but that does take a few extra minutes. The hotel only has two floors but there doesn't appear to be an elevator on property so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs if your room is on the second floor.

Clean room and excellent service. Limited options for breakfast but well made and good in taste. A bit noisy in the mornings due to the proximity to the street, but I think is pretty normal considering the location. I had a good sleep during the stay. Steamer and mini fridge available in the room.

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Metro is within walking distance as well. Size of the room was perfect. Wifi internet is decent. Free breakfast included. Staff is very friendly. Air conditioning gets very cold. Hot shower. The only negative is there are no windows to the outside.
