The staff was on point. Very friendly, very fast service and very polite. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The one downfall was it’s very loud outside and you can hear it and I was on the seventh floor. Other than that, it was perfect.

I had an incredible experience at the Marquee Hotel in Medellin, Colombia in November 2025. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff who made my experience so wonderful. Sara and Allan worked the front desk and were very friendly people. They often worked evenings and did their best to help me have a wonderful experience while at the hotel. David was helpful in helping me with my luggage. The staff at the bar, Daniel, Elkin, and Jair, as well as the waiters Daniel, Marlos, Laura, and Mateo demonstrated exceptional customer service experience in the bar area. The lobby was always very clean. During my stay, Maribel and Yised provided exceptional kindness and services. I would also like to thank Edulia and Cilene for their wonderful check out experience and speedy service via WhatsApp. Laura, you have a wonderful team at the Marquee Hotel. I apologize if I forgot to name anyone. Thank you again for this wonderful experience and look forward to staying there again in February.

We loved this property. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well designed rooms with good amenities. There’s even a great jazz bar in the basement that we enjoyed. The location is in the hottest neighborhood of Medellín, especially for nightlife. Therefore, all the best restaurants of all price ranges are nearby. All the best shopping is also nearby. Metro to other parts of town is within walking distance and very easy to use. Given the location, it can get noisy at nights until early hours of the morning. However, that was a problem for us because we used the white noise on our phone at nights and it worked perfectly. We would stay here again.

The experience overall was good. The location is exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful. Area of improvement the customer service. Not enough information, communication thru watsup, the room service poor. Breakfast when included is enough and ok variety but service horrible and poor wiliness to serve and make customers feel they value their stay. We stay during hollowing and if you are thinking about resting that is not the place.
