Beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay! We will be back. The only suggestion is to have extra towels and bed sheets so we can change these every 3 days.

There is a 24 hr. person on site who is there for any need that may arise. She was pleasant and held our belongings until check in time. We came in at 8 am and didn’t come back until after 10 pm and she was there to give us back our backpacks. The place is in an area where there are plenty of places to eat and have fun. Close to shopping mall, metro, etc. The only downside I found is that you hear people as they come in at night through the hallway and it did wake me up at least two times.

This place is a scam. AVOID NIGHTMARE

This was the worst experience of my life. The rooms have no space at all, the second bed had only a matress cover, one towel was not provided, no room to open a luggage, no room even for our shoes. No communication. Impossible to reach the property and get any answer. Construction next door from 7am to 7pm. We had to deal with dust, hummering, and strong paint smell. I suffered headache, my daughter get sore throat. Finally they had a party on the first floor with music, drug smell, and furniture noise until morning. We used this place only to sleep after 12hours around and even so it was a nightmare. This place is a SCAM to avoid at all cost!!

¡Nos dejaron afuera y nunca respondieron!

Esta es una propiedad que tiene entrada independiente (no hay recepción). A pesar de tener todo para acceder, una de las 4 noches en la que nos hospedamos, siendo las 10:00 pm, no pudimos ingresar por más de 30 minutos mientras llovía fuertemente y estábamos en la calle, pues la entrada estaba bloqueada. Lo preocupante es que los de adentro tampoco podían salir lo que nos pareció sumamente peligroso en caso de una emergencia. Gracias a un huésped que hizo una maniobra con un “palo”, logramos ingresar esa noche. Al hablar con otros huéspedes nos comentaban que ya habían pasado por esa misma situación donde bloquean la entrada. Y todos quedaban atrapados. Lo más preocupante es que escribimos al establecimiento y también directamente al encargado y JAMÁS recibimos ninguna respuesta ni en ese momento ni después. Es decir, ellos ni siquiera trataron de ayudar o de verificar si habíamos podido ingresar, o excusarse por esta situación. Sumado a esto, no hacen room service (podemos entenderlo). Pero pedimos dos toallas uno de los 4 días que estuvimos y quienes realizaban la limpieza nos dijeron de comunicarnos con el encargado. Pues efectivamente esto tampoco lo respondieron así que nunca tuvimos ni toallas nuevas ni ningún tipo de atención. Por esto y sobre todo porque después de más de 3 semanas de haberme hospedado nunca recibí ninguna respuesta ni mientras estaba allá, ni después, no los recomendaría. No hay ningún tipo de atención.

Lo ofrecen como Hotel y no es así es un RB&B. La persona que te atiende muy grosera parece que no le gusta si trabajo. Yo estuvé una semana y nunca me hicierón el aseo cuando lo solicité me dijó la persona que me costaba 20 dolares. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Llegué el 26 de junio 2024 a la 1:00am a Mohk Boutique a disfrutar unas merecidas vacaciones con mi familia al llegar la puerta principal estaba abierta sin seguridad alguna, no había nadie para atenderte, se llamó al número de teléfono que proveen pero nadie contestó, las habitaciones no estaban arregladas, el lugar en construcción, lleno de polvo de la misma, un olor demasiado fuerte a pintura. Trate de hacer gestiones por teléfono en un sinnúmero de ocasiones ya que había personas con la salud comprometida y no contestaron. A esa hora gracias al taxista que no se fue tuve que buscar otro hotel e incurrir en otros gastos para poder tener a mi familia segura. Luego regresé a Mohk Boutique y hablé con el hermano de la persona encargada y no me quiso comunicar con el para que me reembolsaran el dinero. Inclusive me comuniqué con Expedia y me dio el email. Le escribí y no contestaron. Ni Expedia ni Housy House me reembolsaron el dinero sabiendo que no me dieron el servicio. He viajado en varias ocasiones a Colombia y siempre me han dado el mejor trato pero este lugar no se lo recomiendo a nadie porque lo que viví fue una horrible pesadilla porque nos quedamos en la calle en un país que no conocemos.

La ubicación perfecta, cerquita del parque el Poblado, parque Lleras, Provenza, tiendas, supermercado, restaurantes, amé la decoración hermosa, me pareció un poco deficiente la agilidad con la que respondían siendo un hotel de gestión completamente digital. No había personal en el local, pero cuando nos comunicábamos, eran muy amables.

I arrived late nobody was there to help me register . There was no power for three days . No wifi . No showers and very little communication from management. The only thing they could say is not our fault and no refund. I have never given a bad review but they're service was terrible. They left their customers in the dark and offered nothing!
