Wonderful oasis in Medellin.

The service and quality of the Sui Posada was exceptional, with fantastic staff able to help all queries. I ate in the on site cafe/restaurant specialising in local Colombian food which was superb. Eleven out of ten!

Very stylish hotel in a quiet area in Medellin. Close to the bars and restaurants but not in the heart of the party so you can sleep in peace. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and we also had our own private terrace. Breakfast was included for us and they have amazing food there. Their breakfast place is actually a cafe and people from outside can also come and enjoy. The only point I want to mention is the lighting in the room is quite dim, sometimes difficult to see when you are putting your makeup on etc.

I stayed 8 nights which may have been my mistake. I travel for work so I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. My standards for a hotel might be different from others. This is a good place for a short stay. They have a lot of details to work through to be good for longer stays. The good: 1) the staff were nice and professional; 2) the sheets were rough but this was the most comfortable mattress my 3 weeks in Colombia so far; 3) the aesthetics are nice but the rooms need better lighting; 4) varied breakfast options. The bad: 1) they have the aesthetics down but are missing the details. I stayed for 8 nights and asked for a quiet room and was given the noisiest room right above the front door and onto the street. I should have booked the Marriott as I originally planned for a better stay but wanted to support a local hotel; 2) They shrunk my clothes in the dryer despite separating those that should not be put in the dryer, speaking to the front desk, the front desk putting them in a separate bag; 3) I had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper after three days as they were not putting any in the room; 4) I also had to ask for the sheets to be changed after 6 nights as they didn't change the sheets before then; 5) they kept putting a dirty used glass back for me to reuse in the room. i had to take it to reception to get it changed; 6) breakfast had a number of options but the 3 options I had were not good. The french toast was burnt, soggy, and tasteless.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel boutique. Le personnel était charmant, le petit déjeuner délicieux et tout était facilement accessible à pied. Le quartier était très calme et à deux pas de bars et rooftops plus animés. C’était parfait

Einfach zu empfehlen!

Super freundliches Personal das sich um alle Belange gekümmert hat. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Lage war relativ ruhig und das Restaurant gegenüber hatte ab elf Uhr keinen Betrieb mehr wodurch keine Musik mehr spielte. Zimmer war stylisch und hatte ein riesiges bequemes Bett, Balkon mit Hängematte und ein Bad mit Kosmetikartikeln. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wir haben mehrfach im Restaurant nebenan gegessen.

Hola buenas noches, excelente el hotel nos encanto pero si me llamo la atención que desde q ingrese me atendió un hombre que mantenía con gorra quien no fue amable ni tuvo una buena atención en varias ocasiones que tuvimos contactos tanto que mi esposo sin haber habido del tema me mencionó que había evidenciado lo mismo….. por el resto del personal excelente la atención por eso me tomo en la molestia y saco el tiempo para realizar la recomendación por q es muy triste que siendo el Hotel tan bueno una persona o su poco tacto para comunicar o que quizás no este trabajando con gusto pueda dañar al imagen del hotel… por lo demás excelente ojalá pueda en próximas ocasiones volverme a hospedar
