I usually stay at another property but they were booked. I really had a great experience at the Host Hotel. The staff was great and the facilities were pristine. If space is a priority the rooms were on the small side. Had a great little fitness facility and the free breakfast was excellent.

The best feature this hotel has is sound proof European windows...which many other other in medellin lack off. The quietness and comfort inside the guestrooms really make a difference. A real night rest without the noise of motorcycles and other party outside.

Wonderful hotel!! Not exactly where all the El Poblado fun is (you have to walk a few blocks to get to the restaurant/bar area), which could be a disadvantage to some but for us the privacy and quiet was great. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms comfortable, and all the staff wonderful.

We spent 3 nights at the Host Medellin hotel. From the moment we walked in to the beautiful lobby, I knew it would be a great stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. . The staff is amazing and always helpful to make your stay wonderful. The Valentina cafe had a great breakfast menu with beautiful pastries. Highly recommend!!

Very nice and clean hotel and quieter than other areas in poblado. I had to leave a day early for a prepaid stay and hoping that the hotel will provide a one night voucher for a future stay
